Together we drop into powerful energy work. Through facilitated meditation, sound, and movement, we receiving over 4 lineages of enlightenment-based energy and consciousness that clarifies, awakens and aligns us to our truest self.

Moving with each other, we invite connection, reflection, and holding of each other’s hopes and visions - inviting support in embodying our dreams.

In the space of energy, we engage in visioning for what’s next from a place of our inner knowing + connection with the group. We share this knowing and affirmation for each other - inviting ourselves to be seen in our truth, success, and defining concrete actions moving forward.

Held in the energy of full potential, possibility, and abundance, we share our gifts, connections, resources and reflections to empower each other in realizing our fullest expression through giving in service to each other and the whole.
