Great for office lunch-and-learns guest lecture workshops, or as a resource for accelerator/incubator startups.

A hands-on workshop that gives an applied understanding of how to create ventures from a place of alignment and how to apply creative strategic practices and principles to realize success. We apply principles in real time to your ventures or case studies, giving you tangible, useful, and implementable suggestions and next steps.

A deep dive that helps orient your organization for success and creates the road map to get there. We work to understand your challenges and opportunities and move from vision to mapping out tactical strategic objectives and action plans while supporting individual and collective leadership purpose, practices, and behaviors to get you there.

Who we are and who we’ve worked with

Lori Katz

Lori is a business advisor for entrepreneurs and SMEs, focused on supporting social enterprise and technology companies through expertise across strategy, capital access, corporate structure, business development, partnerships, and scaling operations. A lawyer by training, Lori’s experience spans from hospitality to working firsthand with international peace-building initiatives in partnership with the UN. She brings her passion for change through contributing to meaningful causes and helping organizations create sustainable impacts around the world. 

Rei Chou

A leader, facilitator, and healer, she draws on 15+ years of experience in convening, experience design, and purpose-based innovation with organizations ranging from NASA to Intel. An entrepreneur herself, she has developed pitch competitions, served as an advisor to Gallatin social entrepreneurship program, and worked with various universities and incubators on cultivating startups that have an impact from the inside out. She works with leaders to understand and operate with authentic clarity and vision. She is a master Usui Reiki practitioner, teacher, and KAP practitioner.
