When you are in alignment, everything else comes easily. I offer energy work to you and to your project to support the highest manifestation of you and your work so that things come into being easily, smoothly, with joy and grace. Any challenges are addressed a their root through energy, somatic experiencing, and 1:1 work.
Coaching & action
Through reflective inquiry, visioning and practice, we dive into who you truly are and what it is you are here to create. We develop clarity around what is most important for you and what you need to do to make it happen from a generative place that embraces your whole being. We embrace action as a pathway toward realizing success and your own personal growth and evolution in the process.
Advisory & Strategy
We take your vision from concepts into tangible next steps and structure. I help you formulate the approaches, processes and even outline for what it is you are birthing or want to achieve. Whether that’s decks, websites, or portfolios, I help you ground the vision in a tangible first step and expression/articulation of the work along with a path forward for action.

how we work together
getting to outcomes
You have something you want to achieve and I want to get you there. So everything is developed and designed around understanding your goals and where you want to get to and designing a coaching structure that best supports. Here’s my process:
We work to understand your goals (how to you want to feel, be, how do you want the world around you to reflect this?)
Build a coaching and energy work process to meet these goals, establish a container together to realize the work (frequency of sessions, chunking work, etc.)
We listen to what is emerging through the process of the container, dancing with what is most alive while lovingly challenging and moving you toward your goals.
